What materials do you use for your plushies?

My plushies are handmade primarily using Shannon Fabrics Cuddle and Luxe Cuddle minky for quality control and consistency. Additionally, I love their beautiful colors and patterns, snuggle factor, durability and finally CPSIA/CPSC compliance. That being said, I do occasionally buy other trusted brands such as EZ Fabrics when they get in some new styles that I can’t resist or Big Z when I need some funky fun fur or squishy mochi.

What is the difference between a collector plush and toy plush?

Collector plushies are made with materials like joints, wire armature, plastic eyes, and delicate embellishments — they’re meant for display and are recommended for ages 14 and up. Toy plushies, on the other hand, are fully fabric-based with sewn-on parts and machine-embroidered or sublimated features for maximum safety. They’re designed for kids 3+ but not for babies (or pets!) since chewing or rough play can lead to damage and loose stuffing.

It’s not required. This page is built entirely on core blocks, however, to get maximum flexibility and functionality, we recommend using the free companion Greenshift plugin
